Victoria von Stein is the Program Manager for LCWINS, where she oversees the LCWINS Tracker, Database, and HELP projects while coordinating organizational events. Prior to joining LCWINS, Victoria interned at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS–Americas), where she conducted research for the Conflict, Security, and Development Program’s 2022 Armed Conflict Survey and managed the Institute’s roundtable discussions. She also previously interned in the district offices of Congressional Representatives Mike Thompson (CA-04) and Lizzie Fletcher (TX-07). Victoria is a 2022 Madeleine K. Albright Institute for Global Affairs Fellow and holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a concentration in Peace & Justice Studies from Wellesley College.
