Kaytlyn Rumelhart is the Communications Intern for LCWINS. She is currently completing her master’s degree in International Conflict & Security with a specialization in Political Communication & Strategy at the University of Kent Brussels School of International Studies. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies, Sociology, and Applied Philosophy from Mount Mercy University.

Most recently she worked as a Legal Assistant at Oregon’s Department of Justice Trial Division, where she monitored Habeas Corpus, CPS, and transportation cases for multiple attorneys and paralegals.
